SecurityYour data, your keys
Motor-club portal logins, the bank feed, and call recordings are the most sensitive data a tow company has. Here's where they live, who can reach them, and how you lock me out.
How the system protects itself
Your server, your accounts
The system and its data run on a server you own or rent directly. The phone, AI, bank-data, and ad accounts are in your company's name.
You hold every login
Every account the system uses is yours. You can revoke my access in one step, and the system keeps running.
Encrypted off-site backups
Backed up off-site, encrypted, with an alarm if a backup goes stale and restores that are checked, not assumed.
A security watch
Vulnerability scans, alerts when someone tries to send email as your domain, and checks that the code running is the approved version.
Money waits for a person
Invoices are reviewed, payroll is approved by you, and the owner's phone commands ask for a PIN on anything that touches money or payroll.
Crew access ends with the roster
Your team logs in with their phone number and a texted code. Take someone off the roster and their access ends right away.
Calls and texts stay yours
Call audio and texts are processed by AI providers under your own accounts. They are never shared with other tow companies.
What I set up for you
The standard every client build follows, on top of everything above.
- Your credentials kept in a password vault you own
- Two-factor sign-in turned on for every account that supports it
- A separate login for me, so revoking my access never locks you out
- A written offboarding checklist: what to change, in what order, if we stop working together
Mutual NDA
We both sign one before we start. It protects your information and my code.
What the system can and can't do
It reads bank transactions through a bank-data provider. It doesn't pay anyone out of your accounts: payroll and bills are approved by you. It fills in motor-club billing portals with logins that live on your server, under your control, and you can change them or revoke my access any time.
