Towbook integrations & automation

Keep Towbook, connect the rest

Towbook stays your dispatch board. The system connects it to your phones, customer texts, motor-club portals, payroll, books, and Google Ads, so a job entered once flows everywhere it needs to go.

Most tow shops already run on Towbook, and switching dispatch software is the last thing anyone wants to do in the middle of a busy season. The problem isn't Towbook. It's everything around it: the same job retyped into motor-club portals, payroll worked out by hand from a report, ad calls nobody can tie to a job.

At Athena Towing, Towbook is the center and the system is built around it. Phone, text, and web leads become Towbook jobs. Motor-club dispatches are matched to them. Payroll, impound records, ad tracking, and the owner's reports all read from them. Because the system handles the reporting and automation, Athena moved from Towbook's $319/mo tier to the $109/mo one.

Questions

Do I have to switch from Towbook?
No. The system builds on top of Towbook rather than replacing it. At Athena it handles enough of the reporting and automation that the shop moved from Towbook's $319/mo tier to the $109/mo one.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your Towbook account stays yours. The system's copy of your jobs lives on your server, under logins you control, and you can revoke my access any time.
What if I use different dispatch software?
Towbook is what runs at Athena today. Other dispatch apps are built to order: the system needs the job, the customer's phone, the price, and the miles, however your software makes them available.
Does my dispatcher have to learn anything new?
Not much. They keep running the board in Towbook. New leads, booked jobs, and missed calls also post to a dispatch channel in team chat, where they can quote a job in plain English.
